  • Authors are advised to prepare their papers according to the Springer paper formatting guidelines (Word document/LaTeX) and add ORCID to their names in papers. Template for the same can be downloaded from here or you may download it by following links: ________
  • Submit the manuscript of the paper in the CCIS one-column page format as

    Full Paper: having 12 to 13 pages (including figures & tables), or

    Short Paper: having 10 to 11 pages (including figures & tables)

    through ______ before last date for paper submission.
  • The conference follows DOUBLE-BLIND peer review system . During initial submission phase, authors should not include their names, affiliations, acknowledgements, and omit/disguise other details that may disclose identity.
  • Extra page length charges would be strictly applicable beyond 13 pages. You have to make a combined payment in such a case (i.e. Normal Registration + Extra Page Charges). Maximum two more extra pages can be allowed per paper with Extra payment charge per page [i.e. Rs. 1500/- (for Indian authors) and USD 50/- (for foreign authors)].
  • The abstract and title should be readable stand-alone and not contain any references or unexplained acronyms.
  • At least one author of an accepted paper must register at full rate for publishing the paper in the conference proceedings.
  • Every paper must have a separate full registration.
  • If the co-author wants to attend the conference or require certificate, they need to register under attendee category (with Rs. 4000/- as registration fee).
  • You are requested to attend the conference and present your paper under the oral presentation session.
  • The paper will not be uploaded for publication unless we receive the complete payment including extra pages.

Review Process:

  • We follow double-blind peer review process. Each article will assign to 3-4 reviewers. Articles will be selected for presentation and publication only if at least two reviewers will select the article after completing the review process.

Anti-Plagiarism Policy:

  • The conference is intended to accept ONLY high level quality papers which have originality and novelty in content. The conference strongly suggest NOT to use or copy any part of the already published materials. The papers submitted to the conference first will undergo screening process for originality in content. If they satisfy this requirement the papers will be further sent to review. Otherwise the papers will be rejected at the first level. The authors who indulge in plagiarism will be blacklisted.
  • Papers found to be plagiarised during any stage of review shall be rejected without any REVIEW and no notification will be sent to author regarding this.
